起動機(jī)開關(guān)性能試驗(yàn)臺是參考國內(nèi)、外有關(guān)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)條件、要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造,檢驗(yàn)起動機(jī)的電磁開關(guān)性能,用于出廠質(zhì)量檢查。
采用工控計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理、存儲。能夠根據(jù)試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行自動判定,試驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)可以存儲和打印。自動控制試驗(yàn)過程。
起動機(jī)開關(guān)性能試驗(yàn)臺試驗(yàn)用模擬電源采用大功率開關(guān)電源技術(shù),精度高、效率高,紋波小。

自動夾緊接線,吸合時自動斷開串聯(lián)線圈,自動判斷合格與否,電磁開關(guān)的觸點(diǎn)閉合檢查。
本試驗(yàn)臺采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)+滾珠絲桿伺服負(fù)載,可方便地進(jìn)行設(shè)定和調(diào)整。
The Solenoid performance test equipment is designed and produced according to the referent technical conditions, requirements and the standards of the products both at home and abroad , whose puepose is to detect the starter switch performance,which mainly used in the factory quality inspection.
It adopts the industrial computers to carry out the data acquisition, processing and storage.Then, according to the experimental standard,the device could do a judgement of the test result. Moreover, we can also have the data stored or printed. And the whole process is what we call automation.
This device adopts the high-power switching power technology which is in high-precision, efficient and has small ripples.
The Solenoid performance test equipment undertakes the projects of inspection as follows:
Solenoid current 0-200 Amps, 0.5%
Contact voltage drop 0-2.5 Volts, 0.5%
tester output power 0-3.6 kW, 0.5%
tester input power 0-4.8 kW, 0.5%

Additional travel of the solenoid switch
Pull-in voltage and current of the solenoid switch
Hold-in current of the solenoid switch
Contact voltage drop check of the solenoid switch

This test bench adopts the stepper motor plus ball screw servo load which can be set and ajusted in great convenience.
